possible way to super start seeds

was thinkin of how to get seeds to rush into their growth boost stage. and was wondering if anyone knows if u can apply rooting hormone to a seeds first root? and would it help? any info much appreciated,couldnt find answer anywhere

Nope. The best thing you can do for them, is to give them the most optimum growing medium possible.
