I know that not all stores are open in Ontario yet, let's say 20 are open...

So in ALL of Ontario, there is only 500 kilos per week available?
Over 6 months after legalization, only 500 kilos per week, or 6,000 KG annually is available...

So out of an annual production capacity of nearly 600,000 KG, Ontario stores get 1%? WTH?

Not only is the ontario government making it impossible to open a store, it seems they are making it impossible to keep one open.

If somewhere is lucky enough to get a bricks and mortar store, they should have priority over the OCS online store for stock...

LOL fishy... well now, from my standpoint, the canadian legalization/cartel model is just the staging point for an international marketplace. Every large lp so far has never made a penny in profit from growing and selling weed. Not a single lp has produced their maximum allotment ever. Billions have changed hands in what is a growth aquisition period for a new industry. So why all the backdoor billions floating around in an industry which cannot support itself, even though retail price point is much higher than the established black market price? The Canadian legalization has opened the door for pharmacuetical giants to test, patent and market their products worldwide when legalization goes global. The Canadian marketplace for recreational will become wide open and unregulated within 10 years, there will be one or 2 lp's left (big tobacco will own them), and cannabis legislation will be toned down and ignored except for impaired driving. Canadians have proved that, as citizens, we know how to handle our weed, responsibly. Only noobs and kids are having any "medical issues" when consuming too much. No big disasters on the roads yet (knock wood) and no murders etc. which the press and anti-pot are just praying to run with. Canadians are over it, cannabis is talked about openly throughout age groups, Seniors are looking for clones to plant beside their petunias and marigolds this year, and a lot of young people are re-connecting with their elders. Canadians already have a choice, lp gov't weed or your own from your garden. If you have grown anything successfully outdoors, you can produce lp quality weed for almost nothing, fall 2019 will convince the remaining sceptics that our legal framework is just the stepping point for corporate shwag on a worldwide scale, in countries with shady governments, huge opiod addicted populations and large police states. AKA Cartel system.

more than half of lps who grew before hand illegally have been doing this since day one
