Yeah, the growth will definately be stunted in a small pot, and once the growth is stunted it usually stays that way. But in a biology aspect the plant will continue to mature without problems.

yes but like i said i have flowered in this once before and it wasn't root bound after flowering for about 4 mounts and after harvest their was about quarter of the pot where roots have not penartriated and roots wasn't even growing out from the bottom of the pot so i guess it wasn't root bound

weed will mostly grow its roots out to the side .. once it meet the side of the pot the plant will begin to grow ..

if you start out in your final pot you will "loose" about 30% of your space/soil as it wont use much in the middel of the pot ..

what I have red most places and also had good experiance with ... is to make a few repots ..

sure it "stress" the plant (as I see it the so calld stress is more the plant that now use its energy to fill out roots agin and find the new sides of the pots before it start to grow agin .. so you wont see any new grow realy for a few days/a week)

you can do it with next to non stress on the plant if you plan and do it right and carefully ..

and what it do is that it make a nice strong root net near the middelf of the final pot .. so it can used most of the space in the finaly pot ..

sure you can flower in that one Im sure .. but the yild will be therafter ..

look at outdoor plants in the ground that dont have pots to restrict its roots and then look at outdoors plants in pots .. same condissions .. double the size and yild ..
