Pot size.

Thanks for the replies. I've got some impressive results. I did use a middle pot for the roots to form a better ball structure and through lack of medium sized fabric pot's I've come to the opinion that a short spell in a plastic pot seems to be better. Just saying what I appear to have witnessed.

I'm a big proponent of fabric pots, but I will say that I like the rigidity of a plastic or clay pot as fabric can result in compacted medium if you aren't careful handling them.

I started off doing solo cup to final pot. Then switched to starting in 1 gallon then to final pot. I like that better, but can't remember why now.

I go Red cup > 1 gal > final pot

I’ve tried red cup to final pot and it takes longer to veg. It may only be in the 1gallon for 3-4 weeks but I think it’s necessary for maximum growth and health. I figure I have 90-140 days with each plant before harvest, depending on seed/clone and strain, why cut a corner?
