Potency of various hash methods?

So I was wondering what are the averages for percentile of cannabanoids are extracted using different methods.

What provides the most potent hash?
What percents does each method achieve usually

IMO it also depend on what kind of high you like, to me it seems like making KIF give me more of a high buss wile oil knock me down the couch (also depend on strain of course) the buble hash can be different also depending on the strength/size of net

I like em all, IMO best to make KIF/shake but with out to much "work" just getting the best out of it, then use the rest for oil, but Im lazy also why I really/never make bubble hash, that and Bc that is easy to buy around here, I often just end up making oil of the scrap (sugar leave`s and small popcorn bud`s)

It's not the method that really change/affect the potency. You want potent, get the good genetic and the good grower
