I don't know the panel you're mentioning, depends what type of leds they use, many factors are involved. What I can say is that with six of the panels I'm using would cover a 1m*1m area for a total 144 Watts. My current setup of 240 watts is more than enough for my 1.2m*1.5m. Whatever you decide, try to get something flexible, not something that you might end up not using, or not being happy with.
