I was having a bitch of a time getting rid of powder mildew once I got it. I fixed the reason I got it in one day. In my sealed room it turned out I needed an exhaust. lol.

So I tried some things then I tried serenade. It stinks. But it works like a charm. It is beneficial bacteria. Leaves love them. They eat the powder mildew. I sprayed like the bottle said. A week later I had none at all. Week max.

Not only that. In my veg tent I still dont really run a real exhaust this season. Kinda messed up and I am lazy. Still weeks like this with open water in there and no powder mildew bak yet. It is amazing.

I am all into organic soil. SO i read all about bacteria on the leaves but this is the first time I got to see it in action.

Serenade works. Right up until flower too.

I highly recomend. :hump:

Yeah it's easy to get rid while vegging just be careful cause it has a tendency to return 4-5 weeks into flowering. Trust me, thought it was gone lol

Yea, I'm having some horrible problems on my harvest right now with powder mildew. Just like you said it came back 4-5 weeks into flowering lol.

I can't spray anything because I don't want to ruin the flavor so I'm mixing baking soda and water and spraying the leaves down. With the powder mildew towards the buds I rub them off with a Q-tip.

It's Horrible!

Does serenade work during flowering or does it not as well?

Yeah, I love Serenade. I'll admit that it's the only thing I've tried... but, that's because it totally took care of the problem. I spray it now around flip, or a little way into flower (couple of weeks) as a preventative, and I haven't had a speck of the mildew since.

I think it can be used in flower. I haven't done it, but have heard others say that they have. I guess I'd just try to keep any spray on buds pretty light, and focus more on leaves just to be safe.

lol, I meant that I used it in flower too. I used it fine in flower about 4 weeks in. No smell a few weeks later or even a few days later of serenade. It is just beneficial bacteria. It did the trick fine. I was trichome coated too. But it is still clean now three weeks later. Serenade works in veg and flower. I was just not afraid to get in there and mist the while canopy a 10 minutes or so before lights went out. I swear by it.
