Powdery Mildew or insects?

hey Beautiful people

I would really appreciate for someone to identify which one and I have to say I hope it's the latter. I was looking at the tops of my plants and I noticed a tiny amount of a kind of white powder but only along the sides of the leaves, each one seems to have the regular preflower but with half of one of the top leaves gone. There are also holes in some of the tops leaves. I have had previous bug problems throughout the grow but I haven't had any leaf's that have had bits of white powder on the sides before. They're in late veg stage so my humidity is around 55% and I'm doing a SCROG grow. I have a lot of airflow but when I look at my canopy It doesn't seem be enough to get any foliage moving.

I don't see anything in the pics that clearly looks like PM to me. When I've had PM on my cannabis before, and every year my zinnias in the flower garden get PM, it starts out looking like dried water spots that left sediment behind, like a dusty spot. As it spreads, it looks looks like more spots and more dusty, until the leaves look like totally covered in white dust. Then, the leaves turn brown and die.

You sure your leaves aren't turning up and you can see the silvery green from underneath and are thinking that's pm?

Thanks for identifying and the advice really appreciate it. It turned out to be insects as I saw physical small crawling ones on the places that had been effected and since I've sprayed it everything is getting better. PS sorry for the late reply on my own post lol
