power usage

I have heard of Feds looking at power usage to bust people for growing. Anyone know how much power you have to be using to look suspicous? I don't use that much power for my grow setup, but I also have a reef tank and a snake cage which pull quite a bit. I am thinking of upgarding my grow set up, but want to stay in the clear.

probly alot. feds only interested in big grows.

you can grow like 6 plants under a 400watt.

i recon if you've got like 6000watts running an hour its gonna look suspicious, but unless your growing like 100+ plants, you wont be running that high anyway.

or i could be compleley wrong, just my theory.
