ppm help pls

i dont have a ppm meter and i need help pls. i need to know how much of a 12-9-6 soulution sounds right for say 4 gallons of water, i just put them on a 12/12 cycle a couple days ago. the waters ph is 5.5-6.5, its a bubbleponics type system also.

got another question, i got 5 whitewidow clones that arnt doing to well, the plants are on a bubbleponics type system(homemade). water ph is 5.5-6.5 ppm is somewhere around 1000. since i increased the ppm the plants look like they have signs of overwatering is that normal?

Give them a flush,and then get some recomened fertz,

and follow the instructions on the bottle its much easy mate!

For starters at least..

I am also beginner and i dont have a ppm meter either.IAM jus going by whats on the bottle ,,i know for a fact that i could probley get a better yield if i knew what i was doing a bit more(this is how we learn) ,,,BUT at the end of the day its a WEED.

I MUST GET A PPM METER NEXT ON MY LIST lol.

ya i just ordered one off ebay for 18 bux shiping was free 2...so there to bad, hopefully my plants will be ok till then =x

I got my tds&ph pen from sunstoneHerbals.com,Good prices too.PH&TDS meter is a must have tools for hydro.With out them you dont know how hi or low the PH is,and the ppms are to hi or to low.Soil grower will benefit from the use of PH & tds meters too.

my tap water is 7.0 ph. and my ppm meter says 1400....i am using gh 3 part at 1/4 strength i ph it to 5.0 and ppm say 4400 wtf?
