8week veg from seed flipped to 12/12 3 days ago iv been usein GB 4-500ppm during veg now I’m in flower and the local guy at hydro shop says to jump right to 1000ppm my ppm is at 650-700and the runoff ppm are just about even to what’s going in plants look great I’m just wondering if their just extreamly light feeders or do I need to flush them? FYI it’s coco dtw in 5 gal buckets

I would stick around that ppm until you finish stretch. You don't want to stress em out durring these 14~ days. It sounds like you have equilibrium witch is exactly what you want but I have never grown in coco before. I currently run lots of blueberry pheno and it's very light feeder. I am 500~ppm @ week 4 in flower to keep equilibrium in hydro.

Did the guy at the hydro shop try to sell you ppm calibration solution for $1? Of course not. We don't know if he is talking whole ppm's or half ppm's. I never have good results going over 1.4 EC

He sold me calibration solution for .5 scail he said I was under feeding at 400ppm in veg and I needed to be at least 600 but I’m working with a strain that a lot of people are not familiar with black widow from ilgm i worried about build up but I also don’t wana stress them should I use only veg nutes untill 2nd week?

Don't listen to some dude at the hydro store. If your plants look great then keep doing what you're doing. Most of those dudes at the hydro store don't know jack but they think because they work at the hydro store they know it all. I grow in coco and rarely go over 800 ppm. Plants thrive. No need to overfeed.
