PPM in Lucas formula

Can someone give me a general breakdown of the week to week ppm schedule for the Lucas Formula. This is my first time with this formula so I want to make sure im ramping up the ppms at the right time.

the lucas is a o/8/16 theres no upping it in his formula. 0/8/16 he says will give you 900ppm to 1200ppm depending on
your ppm out of the tap. fyi I ran into def. with this mix and so did alot of friends so we changed it to 5/8/16 and we
got 1200ppm and no def.

ya I have 5 clones(3 different strains) all about 2 weeks old in an ebb and flow system together and I notice one in particular that has some nute def. Ive been slowly ramping up the ppm but i still see def

I just realy didnt like the lucas formula and I dont use it
I went to advanced nutes and things are way better that
GH with lucas.
