PPM issues

I recently started keeping track on my PPM input and output and have a question. I fill a 20 gallon trash can with about 18 gallons of water. I tested the PPM of just the water at 100 PPM. I then add my nutrients Jacks 321 and do 80% strength which gets me to 800 PPM. Two days ago I gave my plants a micro feed with Molasses, Seaweed, Tribus, and Recharge. I emptied my runoff tray, but there were still some dirt/debris in the trays and when I went to test my runoff water from todays watering it was showing about 1580 PPM. Is that because there was some debris in the trays still?

Runoff through soil PPM is useless. Dont sweat PPM of runoff in soil.
