Pre Harvest Tips?

Are there any pre harvest tips that will help me increase potency and yield. I heard that a good flush and 24 hours out darkness is good? Any other ideas would be appericated. Thanks in adavance RIU
 
Move your lights up the last 1-2 weeks. That will increase "visible trichs". A 600hps 20-24" 1k 24" and a 400 18-20" away.

THC is produced when lights are out then some of it is destroyed again when lights are on.

If you leave it dark for the last 3 days the plant keeps producing THC in the trichs with the stored energy.

It works on some strains more than others but there is an increase in all so it's worth doing.
 
Don't water the plants if in soil, in the last 3-5 days. Let the plant dry out some before you cut it. This will reduce dry time and get you into those curing jars quicker.

yeah, sounds good i might try it on these super lemon haze ive got now.. had problem wiv the cold weather these last 2 weeks and think the plants stressed abit, ive sorted the temp now but im at the 7th week flower and they dont seem to have much weaight about them.. i checked the run-off yesterday and it was 3.1EC so ill be flushing it out wen they dry out a bit.. do u think they will ever gain them 2 weeks back

Cold can slow the growth down but it should recover.

7th week into flowering you won't see much growth anyway.
 
Im going to water my girl a couple hours before harvest, I want lots of moisture in the buds for a slow dry time, smoother smoke. I dont mind waiting a couple extra days dry time.

cheers, they seem to b pulling round abit since i sorted temps out so i hope they ok.. ill post some pics of them soon as i can to c wot u think of them
