The longer it goes,the more nervous I get. But if we look at it objectionably, I don't think there's a whole lot to worry about. It doesn't matter which lawyers the crown has. The temporary injunction was granted until the February SCoc hearing, the SCoc has been scheduled and the case will be heard regardless of this weeks decision. In the unlikely event this judge sides with HC lawyers and we are ordered to stop growing, we will be given at least 3 months which takes us right to Feb. I know the feds want to force us to chop them down immediately, but that ain't gonna happen. Can you imagine the lawsuits from patients to recoup their losses?

bodily harm Crim Neg Charges all round. Some even causing death.

The whole thing will be 16'by 32' with the back half entirely closed in. 9'-6" at the peak
I am planning on doing my plants in large 50 gallon grow bags on carts or wheels.
I am also installing an 8 camera hi vis...package as well...to help look after the building...
haven't really felt safe since HC outted everyone.
I hope they are quick since i'm paying two guys hourly..
as a side note I have built 2/3 of the structure my self...and designed the roof joists in wood but its a rounded roof....but I'm not up to erecting the roof structure and that will be left to the younger more agile guys....lol

Maybe the videos might be been pulled because of the dick slap HC put on advertising abuse. My question on his channel about the videos was not released as public and is still in moderation. Seems they don't want to talk about it.

You gotta wonder if a few hundred thousand $'s fell Wilcox or Conroy's way..by accident of course. Best way to beat the injunction is get in bed with our lawyer.
Is Conroy's heart still in this or has he been bought-en off.
Odd smell in the air somehow.
Why wasn't Conroy at this case. If this could affect his case, wouldn't he have concern at this court activity. Am I wrong ?

Put a secondary hidden camera system in pointed at the other visible cameras. There not expensive any more.
