Well lets just say they dump the injunction. Could the present LP system support all the 40k patients. Not even close. It would be a disaster beyond what it is right now.
What, they have say 1000 people so far, and add the all the rest....KA BOOM
I can't see that being done just in one day...like tomorrow for instance.
I don't now how much research these 3 judges will do into it all either though. If they did check out the state of affairs in this present MMPR deal I would hope they would see what chaos there is now. And not dump the injunction....

I will say that they traditionally side with patients and because of.... true..... need they will again...
How does this judge face someone with cancer...after the fact...
I think they are spending the time to get it right...for the patients....

Yah look down at the bottom of the home page. There's lots of talk in my industry that there should have been more money vs what they say was donated between the people that donated as lots of them know each other and they obviously talk.

it's disheartening that the guys in the "know" are keeping silent. no word on anything! i don't think there is much to report as we are waiting on the reply from the judges but come on, there has to be something they can say....geez!
for the $185K, he could hire someone to update their site.
