Preflowers or just new leaf growth? *pics*

Plants are now about 23 days old. Doing pretty well under 4 CFL's on a 24/0 cycle (not much of a "cycle" hehe). Are these little hair looking things any indication as to the sex of the plant? I think I'm just really anxious to sex the plant...

Give it a few days, if it turns into stem, then it's a new leaf, but if it's turning into a pistil, then it's a female. But. If it turns into a ball sac, then you may be very unlucky because it's a male...

But preflower often does not happen when the plant is still in the early vegetative state like your cute little plant...
