Prepara Power Plant Pro

Just found these aerogarden alternatives on sale for $39
I was thinking of using them to just start the first couple weeks of seedling phase and moving them into a diy DWC (2qt pitcher + aquarium pump). It spins and suspends the roots above a recycling reservoir; thus often the roots get caught on the spray jets and the rotating causes them to break.

Anyone think this is a decent clone/seed starter?

So far I have had good luck with mine - I just moved into Flowering stage with it.
I had older seeds - so I had put a few seeds in each pod and ended up with 2 plants in 1 pod. I did not seperate them in time - but they are doing okay together.

I have been keeping pictures of every week to do a grow journal.

I used the nutes that came with it. After researching what was in them = I believe they are Dyna Grow Nutes. Which have worked well.
I bought Dyna Bloom for flowering.

I am a newbie at growing - first time trying. I have read alot here and learned alot and still have alot of trial and error to go for sure.

I use a EC and PH meter to check everything.

I should be wrapping up in February - will update to how it goes and if it continues to work.

I would suggest a seed in every other pod.
Another suggestion is something to keep the roots from growing together. I have one big wad of roots that have grown together in my container. No tangling issues though with the rotation - thankfully.

The first pic is a span of 4 different weeks
The 2nd is a cabinet I just got put together today - not complete yet - but a start.
The 3rd is my wait to tell what sex my babies are gonna be - they just changed into 12/12 lighting a few days ago.
