Prepping for spring grow...

This summer is pretty much a wash for me due to heat and super drought and an infestation, oh well pick up and move on.
So in my hunts for some better areas closer water but still a decent way away from ppl.
I was hiking through a secluded area not really mountains but foothills. And damned if I didn't stumble across an underground spring that feeds a small pool probably about the size of a bath tub or smaller. A couple close by creeks were dried up or close to but this thing had some good looking water in it. I think Im gonna use it to water my ladies but I have stumbled across something that may be a problem.

I plan on putting out about 30 girls outside after having them inside for a couple months. Around my area the temps should be acceptable last week of March or first week of April.
Now what I am worried about is if the spring's water will be too cold for my plants, being that its underground and all.
I can grow in bags/pots on top of the ground or dig about 10 gallon holes for them, either is doable. I also plan on using an organic super soil I make or something like promix.
What do you guys think?

I was thinking the same thing gravity fed drip.
No haven't checked the temp but I'm sure it'd be just fine now, its after the winter and March temps that I'm worried about. I'll have to plan a couple different ways an just check the temp when its that time.
Thanks for the thought
