Prepping for Vegas grow in mini supercloset box, humidity help please

When I was growing in Oregon, we had a 6 plant max, so I bought 4" and 6" self-watering pots that held about 1/2 gallon. I was using MGMC and had successful grows.
In Nevada, there is a 3 flowering plant plus 4 veg plant max, so I'm trying to figure out how to accommodate this in my setup.

I got some 3.5qt pots, which is a bit more space and slightly taller than what I was using. They fit the box better.

I got some FFOF for soil, as the MGMC had those nasty white fly's or whatever little pest germinates in their soil.

My main concern is humidity.

The big box however will be my FLOWER 'room', so is 30% Humidity plus whatever the pots + plants give, should that be enough without help from a humidifier?

My veg chamber is a plastic storage tote that'll allow for about 6-7" tall plants. My plan is to prune them while waiting on the flowering plants and help bush them out. Last time I used the box, the plants maintained adequate height while waiting for flower. I've got a T5 and T8 fluorescent bulb in there, keeps growth slow enough.

I'm thinking if my veg chamber doesn't provide enough humidity, that I might use an air pump or water pump and use a small container full of water, but I'm not sure which method would be best. I could fit an extra container about 2-3"x4-6" in the box with 4 plant pots. OR I could use my DWC for veg, that way the humidity stays high with the hydro tank, but I don't want to flower my plants with hydro.

Here's some pics of my setup I brought with me from Oregon, just don't have the plants/seeds yet:

Maybe someone has a link to a good small diy fogger/humidifier using a pond pump or air pump?

The strains i'm planning on growing are: Bomb - Berry Bomb, White Widow, and Pineapple Express, plus whatever free seeds I get when I decide to grow them.

Those are pics from my Oregon grow. The humidity was in the mid 50'a and just wanted just a slight bump. so you think a wet towel should do it?

WOW. I got my veg "room" running. Tried small (2x3, 2" deep) tray of water with air pump bubbling the water, only got it up to 35% humidity...so I said fuck it. I dropped a towel down, soaked with water, came back to seeing 50%, and the towel wasn't even fully saturated. THANK YOU! I'm gunna keep this method. Waterfalls and bubblers suck for humidity vs this idea.

What about flower? I've been working on a humidity chart and it seems the higher temp the lower humidity necessary to keep similar relative humidity so if it's like 100f humidity of like 25 to 30 is like same as 60-70% at 75f
