Pressboard?

Hello all. I'm looking at a used wardrobe cabinet for a flowering box, but it's made out of pressboard. Can that contaminate my plants?

Thanks.

Outstanding! When I get it, I will take you up on that generous offer. I'm trying to set up a perpetual, with my little CashCrop 3' box for veg, and this thing for flowering. I could use all the advice I can get!

Regards,

Bob

I'm picking up the wardrobe today. Could you post some pics of your setup? I'm new at this stuff.

I'll be using CFLs (wish I could afford LEDs!) and hydro with Advanced nutes. I've got a fem Aurora Indica going in the small box, and she's doing great.

Bob

Thank man, put a lot of working into it. Yeah these leds are great. I think I got lucky, I bought 2 of these 400w panels 2 years ago for like $175 a piece and I've grown like 3p with them since. Veg growth is unbelievable and the buds are great. Here's a bud pic from my last grow. THC Bomb Auto...

Trying to decide what lights to use in the new box. Had thought about some of those big CFL's with some also hanging for side lighting.

Ditch the AN and go with dynagro or something similar and you will have more money for lights.

$19 bucks will get a sample kit from dynagro that will last many many grows in a smaller setup.

I use a wardrobe to but an oak one.

I need to spend as little as possible - hence the CFL's. I've got (4) 6400 lumens and the two screw-in LEDs right now, but want to beef up the flowering box.

Do you mean ditch the hydro?

I meant ditch advance nutrients. They are over priced hype.

For $19 at dynagro you get a quart of foilage pro, a quart of protekt, a pint of bloom, and lint if kln root solution.

I ordered the sample kit and the foilage pro is good stuff. My buddy is using it and aittle goes a long ways.
