Pro Grow 260 LED Canopy Distance

I have a couple years of growing under my belt, but I am new to LED growing. I am mostly just stumped right now on distance between light and canopy during all stages of growth to include seedling, vegetative and flowering. I am using the Pro Grow 260 from Hydroponicshut.com and could use all the info possible about anything I NEED to know and most importantly light to canopy distance. Thanks ahead of time to any and all advice!!

I never had a bleaching problem with the pg180 at any height

Well I have the Pro Grow 260 about 24 inches from tops of seedlings now but seems far away to me but everything I have read has said that LED's have to be further away because of the footprint they create. I am only growing 3 feminized Nirvana Papaya's under it so want to make sure I have proper light footprint.

Also, should I just run the veg cycle only during vegetation or full spectrum and same for during flowering except using bloom spectrum. I have been running full spectrum entire time so far but no too far into seedling stage so just trying to get my plants to a decent enough height so I can FIM them all and start flowering once they have fully started their new growth after fimming.
