Does a 4x4 tray and stand fit in a 4x4 tent or would one need to use a smaller tray and stand. I understand it might vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but generally speaking does a 4x4 tray and stand fit in a 4x4 tent.

Like you said....depending on manufacturer, the tray may sit on the outside frame slightly. Most will fit but I am sure you will find one that the tray and such sit on those bars.

My 2x4 tray does not fit in my 2x4 tent. But I need it to be angled anyways so it kinda fits on an angle. The "tent" is 2x4 but the poles are inside that 2x4 space. So the poles are the issue.

that's what I was thinking. Can you zip up the tent when properly finagled?

Yes. The tents have some stretch so it works out. I have one of those plastic flood trays from the hydro store. If I cared more I would trim the corners carefully and get it in there perfect.

They do have 5x5 tents....just saying.
