Probation but havent got a first UA

So today in court i went in for a pre-trial for criminal amount of marijuana. I previously got caught with 117 grams of marijuana at the end of May, and today my attorney i needed to sign up for "Intake" which is after my first meeting with a probation officer. i never got UA'ed for my first time(Orientation). The PO said i had "drug dependecy" and told me to come in after my pre-trial sometime within 10 days from that date(which was yesterday). today after my pre-trial my attorney told me to go in within those 10 days and start my probation period, which is 6 months total. 12 weeks intensive treatment and 12 weeks relapse prevention treatment with groups. The question now is can i smoke weed before my first real probation UA? i have never submitted one yet. Is it based off of my first UA that the amount of THC has to decline or what? I have a bowl of some fire fire budd and it will go to waste if i dont use it up. i havent smoked in 18 days since this and am just fiening right now for that. should i save it or what? Help me out fellow tokers with what i should do. Deeply appreciated for your time and effort. also if this helps it is my first offence and my current charges are felony amount with intent to distribute and dangerous weapon charge. I am 19 years old and just clueless.

I would not risk is either, but ultimately it's your decision. I'm really upset that you have to attend classes or w/e for your 'drug dependency' that's absolutely beyond absurd. we're talking marijuana. when a cigarette smoker goes to court he isn't placed in rehab...

Ya im with ya. this is really really over the top. the thing is nothing was a controlled buy or anything. this whole case is going to jury trial and i hope this dick head cop comes in to testify. Im going to try and turn this on the cop for an illegal search. i was on my way home from a 2 and a half year celebration dinner with my girl. locked trunk and went further than his search warrent. bullshit. there was no probable cause. no smell and didnt smoke in that car for 2 days before. also everything was triple bagged in a brown sac lunch rolled up under my floor under my subs that were drilled to the ground. he looked at my air freshner and coughed and told me to step out. he saw me "visably shaking" which was from my medication "adderall" and he knew i was having trouble finding my current up to day insurance. which i had as well. just had like 5 other outdated ones just incase.

that may not hold up; however, you have a chance if you are speaking to a jury. The people in the jury are exactly that - people. so is the judge. be very sincere and kind in your words, even passionate. make them believe that your a good guy, mention your anniversary dinner too. If your a good person do you deserve what your facing? I don't think so and maybe the people on the jury don't either. Dress very nice and look really clean. practice what your going to say in front of a mirror and try out different facial expressions, body language speaks louder then words. and remember - don't be nervous in court. be confident and that will have tremendous effects on the outcome.

I appreciate your sincere words. Ya i may be 19 years old but i am certainly not stupid, not saying you think i am. I am a very mature guy for that age and i have documentation from my physical therapist stating while the time i was there i showed up sober and on time everytime and he even stated that i was a good guy. I have been in school this whole time as well and have complied with everything that has been sent forward to me. I do believe the jury trial is the way to go. Also i don't know if this helps but i have a very good attorney and he told me he hopes to get my charges down to a misdomener even though i had nearly triple the amount of felony amount in the state of washington which is 40 grams+ is felony charge. as of smoking i dont think it is a smart idea. I just decided i am going to save up for that 6 months and have a celebration at the end. my PO told stated that alcohol or other drugs are not a problem as well. also, if this helps i live in a small rich town and a lead drug enforcement police officer just got charged with purjury of a false drug conviction to two other individuals and he is facing felony charges now. so Gig Harbor Police Department is going down. So i think. Also if im clean for the first 4 months or so is there a chance of getting my 6 month probation cut down? Thank you so much for your input everyone!
