Problem not turning purple!

I read in the cannabis grow bible that most strains turn purple if the temps in the room are below 60. that might be why someone told him to water with ice cubes.

lol dont use ice cubes. tempeture affects the coloration of the plant, and yes, a colder atmosphere a more colored plant (somtimes, genetics play a big part, go look at subcools purple weed post in the organic section to see the genetics take their toll on the color)

if you water with anything besides luke warm water you can potentially harm your plant by shocking the roots and stressing the plant which slows growth and can cause alot of problems.

just let the flowers continue to mature and if its genetically a purple flower, it will turn purple. if not, who cares your smoking for free!
