Problem with my outdoor plants. Help, please!!

Judging from these pictures can anyone tell me what the issue is with my two plants outdoors. If you need further info before answering either post the ? here or look at my grow thread called RDGgreenthumb 2010 outdoor grow

one is fine and could just od with a little more nitrogen (the one with just one set of yellow at bottom)
the other one has severe PH issues and you will need to correct that as it seems to have lockout

checked your thread, and as i read they have been moved in the last 4 days, id say its abit of transplant shock, and the new soil has mumffed PH

thanks brother. its the one in the bag that troubles me most. The only change made to its soil was the addition of heavy harvest pellet nutrients and a new environment. you suspect its a potassium defic from lockout?
