Problem with seedling.

This seedling is 20 days old and it refuses to get any bigger now. It is grown in Jiffy Organic soil. It is getting the right amount of sunlight. I dont know what the problem is with this plant. The plant was being over watered. It has since been changed to once a week watering until it gets bigger. Whats the problem here? It should be alot bigger by now!




Please help me out with advice!

I added some Perlite to the mix to better the soil. Any input from experienced outdoor growers is highly appreciated.

The drainage on those clay pots are no good. it holds too much water. and as u said they got over watered, the water isn't going anywhere. transfer to a proper pot and hope for the best
