Problem?

My plants are both about 80 days into veg but they just got to about the 20" mark. Is this ok??

what kind of light are you using and what size pots? also what do the leaves look like, but know they should be bushes by now also what is the light schedule.

My main concern is for the small one. I started them under flouresence's for about the 1st 50 days then got enough money for a 400w sodium/halide but they still look young and healthy.
