problems with environment in new tent..

First grow everyone, so I apologize if any of this information is excess or if I'm doin anything obviously wrong
I knew I was going to be running into a few issues, these are are unfeminized bagseed so I'm really just doing a trial run before I get some real seeds. I started these seeds before I had anything, not much sun and not much warmth so their beginning development was really slow ( I live in alaska) but as it got warmer they did better. It's been around 60F at night and 80sF during the day, ~15 hours of sun.

Specs:
bagseed (started around June 1)
fox farm ocean + pro mix myco
'budget grow lights' 450w 301h LED
3x3x5 tent
water pH 6.3-6.7
transplanted to 3 gal canvas pot before moving into tent
ventilation 1 small desk fan and 1 medium circular fan

Problem:
3 days ago I was excited to recieve both the 3x3 tent and the 450w LED. I set it all up hoping they'd love it and the next day I find them starting to droop/sag/slouch. I took those two plants out and rotated two that I had outside into the tent. The next day they're droopy! I turned the light down to around 60%, and added another normal fan, no ducting. All the holes of the tent are open and one is pointed out a window. My neighbor was convinced they were just thirsty so I gave them a good watering, considering I had the fan pointed at the pots. Still not looking good, while the ones I had outside the whole time seem to be doing great. A day since watering the topsoil is starting to show dryness.
I'm convinced it's the ventilation so I'm keeping the tent unzipped and the fans on. I also thought it might be cold shock from having the fan on the roots when they were still wet overnight with the temp at 60F. The light is around 60%. I just want the plants to like the new stuff I bought em :(
Since moving the two outside they seem to be doing better.
What do you think guys? Get a real inline fan with some ducting?

as far as the second pic from the end in the tent....they droop like that getting ready for bed a little bit before lights out. BUT if they are new to the tent and light cycle that may not be the case...but they do, do that right before lights out.

If they went from outside to inside they may be sad that they went from the bitching sun to a shitty led light.

Plants look ok imo minus the drooping.

Damn.
Nah, they weren't doing that just at the end of a long day,
I get that electric light might have a tough time beating the sun but I wanna believe it can be done. As for a 'shitty led' I put a bit of time looking at different lights and I'm happy with 301h diodes, there shouldn't be a problem with them :/
Bought a good inline fan for em . . . Hopefully in a couple weeks I can post an updatet with some success

Going outdoors to indoors is a big change. She will droop, needs a few days to adjust. The fans on the roots being that cool overnight would contribute to drooping too. Keep the lights high as possible for a couple days and try to copy cat the humidity level she had outdoors. When she starts to perk back up you can move the lights closer. If she was damp when your friend convinced you to water, that would make her droop more from overwatering. Give her a few days, she is likely just aclimating to all the changes, root fan, water, etc and will be fine.

This is great advice.
