PROBLEMS WITH HUMIDITY - please help !!

I have 35% - 40% humidity, how could I make to increase at 50% ??

at the risk of me sounding like an idiot and stating the obvious try an humidifier on a low setting and watch the heat it might increase and watch the humidity it could help cause mold in your room. I am no professional at this.

this is ok ?? Air Humidifier, 3.5 liter capacity, depending on ionization, antibacterial filter, cool mist function.
