Yep I agree with the poster above

Lay off the spraying , I've yet to foiler spray any plants I've grown, they can survive without being sprayed.

They look overwatered too. Are you allowing pots to dry a little between waterings? Assuming your in soil.

Hey bud!
Spraying with water is overkill and unnecessary. Especially when they are sleeping. Could cause mold if you aren't careful. Humidity spikes when they go to sleep.
Make sure the base is watered adequately and you will be fine. If you are only hitting the base every two days then it sounds like they need more watering. Like nutes every other day and water only on the others. They get thirsty and hungry at this point so watch for deficiencies.

Growth medium umm soil 60/40. It’s my first growing so it’s still kinda hard to see when they are dried well between waterings, dont want to ower dry so i probably overwatering them a little bit, but indicating by weight of the pot. Stoped spraying them with water and washed roots with water and rhizoctonic they look better now. And started flowering period yeasterday, half of growings stretched up a little bit. Thanks!!!

I usually foliar spray lightly a couple weeks daily after transplanting from Solo cups straight to 3 gallons of promix. It helps with the big container jump. New to me.

When I foliar spray I do it when I put the plants to bed with a flashlight and I keep the fans on
Drying out a plant is fine in soil, wet is no good
