producing a pound from 1 plant? possible?

In your opinion whats the best way to grow 1 plant into a pound of bud excluding the trimmings and such. an answer i would like would contain the amount and type of lights (600-1000w?), the nutrient brand (generalhydroponics?), and anything else that would be helpful.

Ive taken quite a long grow break so i was curious if there were any new awesome grow tips to effectively increase yield. techniques i know of are lollipopping and the one where you separate the buds with strings, nothin too fancy. any help from you pros would be greatly appreciated!!

Grow a BIG Scrog, and you can hit a pound of buds with not too much difficulty. We've seen folks on here hit a pound with 400w lights. Search some waterfarm scrogs, and you'll learn some amazing things.

What I would do:

LST a strong genetic, high yielding plant.
SCROG and veg it for at least 5 wks under a 600w HPS.
Let her flower when most of the screen is filled out.
Add C02.
