Producing clones in quanity

Hey all...

To run my new scene like it should be run, I need to produce 100+ clones a month. Actually I need to produce 100+ clones at once, significantly more than I've ever done. I'd love to hear from anyone who's done this sort of thing about your setup.

How many mammas and what sort of environment? Are they bansai style or do you replace 'em or just let 'em get big? HIDs or fluorescent? Hydro or soil? Any particular nutrient regimen? What are you using for your cuttings -- rockwool, bubble- or aeroponic, rapid rooters, something else? And any general tips and tricks are always welcome.

The ultimate target of all these babies is a zero veg ebb and flow with hydroton as medium.

Currently, I'm using two homemade ezcloner style cloners under fluorescent, and I've got eight mammas in a flood&drain under an old 430w HID. I replace the mammas after a couple of months. This works alright, but only produces about half what I now need, and it feels like there's got to be a more efficient option than just doubling what I've got going on now.

Thanks in advance.
