Producing feminized Seeds....

Can anyone give me a process or explain how to produce feminized seeds?

Im a beginner too, and guess what ..... I was growing autos without know they were autos, after a lot of unintentionally stress caused by a total lack of a proper environment, like lights, nutes , vent, and all ( cuss I didn't know jack shit about what the hell I was doing) the 2 Blue Dreams I had, got flowers and after 5 months its budds was full of seeds, and still a good smoke. By logic the seeds must be autofem, like the mother that got pollinated by it self. I guess if I try that again intentionally I will get shit, lol. Beginners' lucky.

what does treallis mist mean?
Kind of colloidal silver solution like?
I'd lov to have some input about breeding.
I got those seeds totaly by mistake eventhoug a nice lesson, but it's worthed. I already trown 5 into the water, lets see whats gonna came out of then.:leaf::leaf::leaf:

You can use treallis mist and reverce a plant and use that pollen to get fem, seeds..ky
