Ever wonder what happens in government when a bunch of people want a bill proposed? If it happens to get in the way of a corporations profits, the bill gets crushed. So, that being said, how can we hope for legalization? Only one way can get it legalized without corporations getting in the way:evil:, but first a question.

Ever see a law against pine trees? How about maple trees? Why not? Too many to make it illegal. Go plant some seeds, thousands if possible, they can't stop us then:hump:.

Check out the facebook group, "legalizing marijuana the right way" for more info.:joint:

ya man this is exactly Marc Emery's plan that him, one person could plant or sell enough seeds that it would require all the DEA to combat what one person had planted, only problem is now Marc is in jail and cant continue to do what he started and second no one part of the legalization movement has the financial resources to spread that many seeds except Marc so unless your filthy rich you wont be able to afford enough seeds to overgrow the government.

Unless, we all say fuck bud for a bit and all start breeding as much as we can, even to the clones...

We'd probably never be able to make it happen. Look up some of the experimental forests Georgia Pacific has setup and see how well those flourished. Sometimes they were successful but in most cases they required a lot of intervention.

It's one thing for a plant to become well adapted and dominate an area. Unfortunately most strains have been grown under controlled conditions for so long they wouldn't be too well suited to an environment with constantly changing variables. They might survive for a couple seasons but they would eventually get thinned down and replaced by indiginous species.

Dude, planting a bunch of seeds sounds like a fucking great idea and all but since I live in apartment, the lawn mowing company they hire would just mow my plants down. Aww epic fucking fail.

haha you mean "the prince of pot?"
hasnt that guy been arrested like 20 times or something.

but yeah i dont think that the "plant as many seeds as possible to make it legal" plan is such a great idea.
if you ask me, what we need to do is show the gvmnt that they can use it to their advantage, if they play their cards right.
so many people will buy the gvmnt taxed weed, so the gvmnt will have more funds, and it will also be a, whats the number? 113 billion dollar annual industrie. it will help the economy. it will be used medically. it will be a good thing.

ban tobacco, legalize weed!

So you want cannabis legalized but think it should remain illegal for corporations to sell it? Interesting....

to be honest i'd prefer that corporations stay away from the plant and not interfere with it like they did with tobacco. no fiberglass/pesticide/ammonia bullshit just let us grow our own weed for christs sake.

Sure, but how can you ban corporations from getting involved?

No one wants that. Also, no one is doing that. I don't think anyone would buy cannabis with nasty additives.

well, corporations have been doing that with cigarettes, and people know it, yet 25% of america still smokes them.
and for you're first question, you can't stop corporations from getting involved, but you can grow your own stuff. so if it were to be legalized, i wouldn't be the first one to start buying it from stores.

I don't think he's suggesting buying and trying to spread those around. Depending on what quality of bud you get, just use some bag seeds. If you smoke sensi only like I'm sure a lot of us do, get some mids every once in awhile with some seeds in it. Collect the seeds and then stop off on the side of the road and drop some seeds in the ground. Do this enough, and in enough places. Weed is just that, a weed. It's a survivor. Think if over a few monthes you collect hundreds of seeds, and plant them in random places around town. Don't expect to get anything back from them, but you were just gonna toss them in the trash anyway right? Instead of dumping them, germ them all, and the day you would normally drop them into your grow system, take a ride around town and find a nice home for them somewhere random. If enough people do this, it won't be easy to control.

As stated earlier. Education is the key to legalization.
Too many people still believe it is a gateway drug, and leads to all sorts of bad behavior.
Key point: My grandpa, who was raised first assembly of god, super christian, never smoked in his life, and thought it was a gateway drug now has absolutely no problem with my pot use. I educated him on it's value, and told him of all the misinformation used to ban it, and he now wonders why it is illegal.
If we could only convince people "en mass" then we would be able to tell the government that it is ok to use, grow, and develop as a viable alternative to tree use.
