Proper Fan choice to cool a 400 watt hps?

Im looking for a cheap but effective squirrel cage fan for to suck air through the hood and push it out the top of a grow tent. I am using a 400 watt standard hps light and euro cool hood.

Yeah im actually getting one of those, but its not for the light thanks for the help guys. I got it already friend of mine is throwing me two fans. One has a double intake on it and the other one is the one posted above for blowing air in at the bottom of the tent.

That squirrel cage fan looks pretty nice but if you want something cheaper a honeywell fan like this one will do the job if you aren't dead set on a squirrel cage fan.

Yeah, I used one of those Honeywell type fans in conjunction with a carbon filter on my 250 watt setup, even though they are probably not meant for continuous operation or carbon filters. But it's been on for 7 months now, no odors, few heat issues. I bet it would cool a 400 watt just fine if there's no carbon filter.
