proper temp to decarb?

Just made a small batch of dry ice hash..
My question is, if i wanted to decarb the hash to use for cooking.. If i were to keep the butter at a steady 160 for say 15 min. with hash mixed in, would that be enough heat to decarb the hash? Or would i need to do a seperate process to decarb?

The reason i ask is because they say if you decarb it makes it more potent.. Everything ive read says to heat to decarb, whether its simpsons oil, iso etc..Doesn't the heating from cooking decarb the hash, or does it need to be hotter or for longer?
I really want to make these cookies folks, any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to see if there was actually any difference in potency from decarb to not decarbing.

i think all you have to do it reheat the butter and re solidify it, taking out more chlorophyll into the water when the stuff seperates in the fridge, making a more tasty product
