so you bought a triplex for a buck and you own it free and clear? Impressive. I'd have to take a second mortgage out for that:) Do you have the other two units rented? Or do you have them full of "potted girlfriends"?

My friend just bought a house 7 acres and several outbuildings for the 7k in back taxes owed on it. Place is pretty rough but livable. Some guys have all the luck.

I finally have 1 of them completely renovated and rented. The other is being used as my office and workshop and still needs a good bit of work. It was a section 8 for the last 30 years. My neighbors absolutely love me.
