i found some cheap grow bags (.30 for 3 gallon bags) and i have never used grow bags before. i can't help thinking they won't just fall over if they aren't supported.

anyways i want to order like 50 of them.. figure they could have certain benefits indoors and out.

can i get some feedback on who likes and dislikes grow bags and why?

you guys kick ass, thanks in advance!:weed:

they are alright, they dont fall over once filled with soil you can squeze them in tight spots if needed, I got nothing to say bad about them but I choose to use plastic planters, they are a good product, but every one likes different things

I persoannly like the rugges, simplicity of normal plactis pots...if they are square then its better..I will try to list some pros and cons

Pros:
1.Easily disposed of,incase of an emergency or security breach.Blends in more easy than a black plastic pot.

2.Can be packed in to place more bags in a grow room.

3.Can be thrown away, without worrying about the loses, since they are so cheap.

Cons:

1.Can fall over if they are bumped into.

2.Doesnt have a definite foot base,so its kinda hard to tranport or move around the grow room.

3.Can be kinda slippery,or had to get a grip of when its filled...

4.Its rather hard to tranplant into.

my grow bags are 17 litres, which are about 3.5 gallons, i think they're perfect myself:

everywhere i looked the equivalent plastic pots where £4/£5 each. these were £0.60p each. i have found no downsides thus far.

I use 1 2 and 3 gallon grow bags LOVE EM!!!
their great cheap and fun!!
only thing I dont like about them is they can colapse if you drop somthing on them, and their kind of a pain to open up.

yea each one of mine has 6 big holes for drainage. if youre not happy with the holes its not exactly hard to cut them yourself :)

IMHO...grow bags are best for outdoor guerilla grows,as you dont have to carry pots up to the site..and you can throw them away when youre done..ofcourse thats if youre not growing in a self made hole..

I dont like the bags, I use 1 gallons for veggings and they are fine, but the bigger plants in the 3 gallon bags tend to fall over. For flowering I prefer 5gallon buckets.

i have a 32" x 32" x 65" tent that i would like to fit as many plants in for a SoG in the future. packing in grow bags or smaller square buckets would be great
