It depends on what you are looking for. I have a tent and a home made box. The tent has the conveinence of being erected quickly and dismataled to a small easy to store bag. Also they are pretty easy to get air tight with the zips and wot not. Home built boxes have the advantage of no hieght restrictions as in you can tailor it to your space. I PREFER MY BUILT BOX, MYLAR SHEETING IS MUCH MORE REFLECTIVE THAN ANY TENT ON THE MARKET. I brought the tent as a quick up and down structure to suit my growing needs. I don't rate the robustness of tents though. my 2 cents
