plan on clonin a bushy indica i got going..Afghan kush x White Widow..i have a few question before i start cuttin my plant up..

1. Do i cut a branch ( lowest branch possible ) soak it in cloning solution and put it in a rockwool cube? or since im doing soil should i throw it in seed starter or just soil?

2. Should i put em under a humidity dome, whats the % i should try and maintain?

3. should i start off at 24/0 for a few days then switch to vegging for a week or so then go to flowering?

4. Should they be put under my 400w metal halide directly after cutting and planting, or should i keep em under a bunch of cfls for the few days of 24/0?

5. If i clone from a feminized plant, will all clones be feminized?

Based on your questions, you might want to buy a couple of clones and go through a full cycle before worrying about cloning, keeping a mother and that part of process

1. Yes. Not necessarily the lowest branches, but they do work. Ideally a branch that is about five inches with 3 or so sets of leaves. An inch or so below the last set of leaves on the branch you want to make a cut at a 45 degree angle. You dip the fresh cut in rooting hormone, or your cloning solution. You can leave this cutting in a solution (changed periodically until roots form, once a day at least), or you can place it in a rockwool cube, rapid rooter, peat plug or perhaps a soil-less mix. Wouldn't recommend directly into soil, just because the new cutting will be very susceptible to infection and the soil might be too hot for them.

2. Yes. Keep them at upwards 75%.

3 & 4. No intense light until roots form. A couple compact fluorescent bulbs, or a tube fluorescent fixture, or even filtered sunlight is ideal. They can be left under a light for 24 hours, I don't know if doing so hastens rooting. 18 or 16 hours of light is also fine. After they root and you transplant them (if needed) they can go under more intense light such as a metal halide.

5. Yes.
