Ok folks...As I sit here amid a pile of immature buds that are destined for hash thanks to wet weather and mold, I have realize that if you are guerilla growing in spot that you cant monitor or get to easily, your only hope of having a successful harvest is to try and finish early.

By early I mean end of august, start of september.

Please post (or IM) your suggestions for strains that are PROVEN early finishers (links to grow journals if possible also please).

I have seen alot of claims that border on being outrageous by some breeders in regards to finishing times and yield, so before I drop my hard earned money on seeds I need to see proof.

My requirements for a strain like this:

Finish late august/early september
Good stone/flavor (does not have to be connoisseur bud, but I also don't want to grow schawg)
Some level of tolerance to mold, and to high temps (i often see temps >90 degrees with >80% humidity during july/august.

remember, please post grow journals if possible.

Have a look at these, you might find somethign you lilke

Purple Pineberry
Texada Timewarp
Texada x Skunk
Texada x NL
Shishkaberry

All of these finish in Sept and are pretty good smokes and yielders...the Texada strains are good for wet/cold climates

kc brains brains escape finishes around sept 10th-15th. It sounds like you need a good mold resistant strain I am going to suggest easy sativa it finishes around sept 25th but it has excellent mold resistance.

autoflowers are an obvious choice i think, i know they dont yield quite as well as a standard photoperiod strain but you just plant a few more to make up the difference

i have had a poor experience with some strains that i thought would flower early. i grew ATA Tundra from seedsmen and it just started producing pistil yesterday so that plant will certainly not make it since i live in MN. she will be hash/oil

Kaya gold. Got some mold in early sept. but was done guerrilla style and going to get close a lb a plant, even though mold issues i will grow a few again, hurricane came through and rained for a week straight with buds size beer cans, very dense. Got some mold in cola's so i cut most.

you might also wanna look at some of the gear they sell in Canada made for shitty weather, crosses with Durban Poison are real good, same with Manitoba Poison, and some of the early skunks. have a look at GWN, they sell some real tight outdoor as does Peak Seeds BC with his Texada crosses, im running Texada X Skunk indoors righ tnow and its a fuckin early monster, but its made fo routdoor
