I think I might be tempted to open her up by using some sort of support/trellis , pulling branches away from each other to let light in at all angles.
Looks a lovely plants.
 
From what I understand this nutritient burn. Its on a lot of leaves... I have stopped giving it anymore food and started giving it straight water. Feel pretty disappointed hoping it doesn't get any worse. Plant is all organic... any suggestions on what to supply it organically during bloom.

It is outdoor, that tiny tip burn will cause no problems. Keep a keen eye out and adapt as the plant tells you to. You are on point!
