pruning during flower good or bad

i'm not sure if i should clean up this plant it is 2 weeks into flower and i don't want any unwanted stress to hermie the plant any thoughts below are a few pics

I'd prune the lower-third and gently tie some of those branches down to space out the colas a bit otherwise it looks like it will yield pretty good.

I'd trim up the under carriage but that's it.

The next time you grow clean up underneath the plant and tie bigger branches down while it's still in veg.

here's a few pics of the lst training i did in veg basically bent them a little each day till she started growing into the bushy shape i did some lower trimming before flower and it bushed back out lol

I thought it looked great. Just let her flower and train as nessesary. I see no reason to tie her like that last pic.

Yeah good grow mate..
Me personally... i always defoliate early flower but only selected fan leavs shading bud sites.. no issues with hermies yet.
Maybe quality strains and genetics have a role to play.

Just make sure you have good air flow thru the plant - maybe some leaves (inside)(near main stalk) could be removed. Great looking plants !!! ; in one looked like you did a "FIM"

i figure i'm gonna just let her grow and yes she is flowering under a 1000 watt hps and grown from seed vegged under a 600 watt mh

A good rule of thumb when growing indoor is if the airflow around the leafs is restricted then pruning is necessary, not to be confused with defoliation

I'd prune the two lowest branches (they would probably make excellent clones). Everything else looks good! Nice looking plant.

Not true , the buds don't uptake the light the fan leaves do.

Nice job OP you have plenty of bud sites above the veg canopy; with sufficient lighting and under canopy airflow as suggested, she'll be a nice yielder. I'm not for lollipoping, those big healthy pre-stretch fan leaves given adequate side lighting will benefit more than cost. Indirect airflow starting under canopy going upwards works well, a spiral around her maybe. Or direct, up to you but if humidity is very low, indirect is best. With that said, it's also a must to trim any larf sites that haven't made it above canopy to the sweet spot. You can trim larf that pops up any time, just use sterile snips and trim a tad away from stem. Buds in light is key, there are several ways, I like pruning larf sites vs. trimming pre-stretch veg to expose them.
