i liked PS# more, but now that i have this $400 paper weight collecting dust in my room because the damn thing wont read games for some reason. ive contacted playstation, but they wont fix it cuz i didnt purchace it and its registered in someone elses name. BS i say, fix my damn PS3!

atleast microsoft offers to fix ANY 360 that has the red ring of death

They ripped acheivments off from trophys? That's wierd because xbox had achievments when it was released a year before sony. PS3 didn't even have trophys when it first came out.
 
PS3 is the shiiiit.
i don't remember my XBOX360 having a media server option to run stuff wirelessly off my computer.
maybe i just never found it.
although you can't play uploaded music when you're playing a game, which i miss with my XBOX.

when i worked at best buy, i was on the geek squad which had to inspect and approve all electronic returns.
i saw sooooooo many XBOX360s come back with the "red rings of death".
most of them were simply because if you turn the console from it's base to it's side while it's running, it will burn a ring into the disk and then proceed to burn out something inside the console so it doesn't work anymore.

the xbox may be a bit mroe fun, but I would take sony over microsoft any day.
im sure there are many out there with me on that.

my room mate bought windows 7 like 2 days after it came out.
it crashed on the reboot after install.
i about shit my pants laughing.

Haha I work In a callcenter ordering product from our company all over the country. And this ladywas telling me how she hates UPS cause they lost her sons XBOX the THIRD time she sent it off. I just started laughing. Then she says well I'm getting him a ps3 for Christmas. I was like that's a Great idea he would love that. She said hopefully she won't spend 400$ on repairs in it so I told her about the success rate over XBOX she said wow I'm glad I talked to you. AWESOME
 
a safe bet would be ps3...xbox is much more fragile and weaker...just look at the stats and specs and shiiit....:peace:
