We found this thread through through a Google search so we created an account to address this issue. This order in question was purchased on the evening of Thursday, December 26th after close of business. The order shipped out immediately on Friday, December 27th. However, when the customer purchased the items they chose Parcel Select as the shipping option rather than choosing a faster delivery method with a guaranteed delivery date. The order was delivered on Saturday, January 4th, which was quick for economy shipping this time of year, especially when counting the weekend and holiday during the transit time. Fedex Ground delivery would have been January 2nd, but that was not the method chosen. The customer did contact us by opening an eBay case against us regarding this matter. We explained the situation but we could not resolve the matter peacefully resulting in the buyer closing the case and leaving the neutral feedback that Commander Strax posted above.
