puny thin lanky weak help i dont no why

hi my plant is called the church from green house seed it is [FONT=verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Swiss sativa, Skunk, Super Skunk, Northern Lights genus
growing in a small soil plant pot it is currently 4 weeks old and stand at 5 and a half inches and its stem is less than 1mm think this is the second plant i have tryed to grow and it died due to overfeeding i am useing a mix of baby bio and blood,fish and bone in very small amounts the leaves are thik stong and very nice green in colour with the exception of the bottom 2 if there is any more info you need dont hesitate to ask i am in deprate need of help

edit:: well i am useing the sun for a light because i didnt want it to be blatantly obvious for the neighbours to see
and i dont really know how sucures this sight is so i didnt want to post pictures
and no i have no power going into the greenhouse and i really dont think that they will be happy

Sounds like stretching to me, usually caused by the lights being too far from the plants.
...and yeah you shouldn't fertilize in the first 3 weeks or so, you'll just nute burn the seedling to death. A lot of people are too attentive to their plants and kill them because of this. MJ is actually a weed and pretty resilient

Do you have a fan on them? Thats the best way to encourage strong stems. Info on lights would help alot.:peace:

He's got it using the sun, but, judging by the fact it's stretched, it's not bright enough.

Is the plant in DIRECT sun for 18 hours? If not, make it happen somehow or bring it in and build a grow box, tent or closet with CFLs, at minimum. If you can't do either of these things, you may as well give the plant to a friend who can so you're not wasting good genetics.

well i like in the uk so we never get 18 hrs of sun and no non of those are an option really but possible to move indoors but i dont think that my landlord would approve if i got caught so what are the chances of getting it to flower if i can not get the right sun ??

Do it get much wind, if not put a fan on it, this will help strenghun the stem.

unsure but i spoke to my friend last night who thinks that it is possible to stunt its growth and indoing so it will strengthen its self up but when i asked how to stunt the growth he claimed that if i put it in the garden were it is too cold for it to grow it will just bulk out but then i have no pestisides can some1 tell me if this has any base of truth or should ignore this seemingly joke advice

This is a uk thread because this year has been my worste for outdoor growing there is just no sun.if i was you i would get some cfl's a couple of 4 ft one's,and bang the plant under till you build something more suited for the plants.it is easy to grow in a room without your landlord finding out .build it has though it was a wardrobe and have the lights come on a night make it air tight and no one needs too know anything about the grow.chances are that alot of us are liveing in rented houses if you want the weed take the risk just forward plan things hang everything on rubber rings this way the noise is kept to a mini use bungey clipsfor fans to hang fans and exaust/carbon filter on.but honest mate if you are hopeing on a good crop this year can't see it happening at this state of weather we are haveing in the uk.

I don't fancy it's chances much outside at the moment.

I'd bring it inside to Bush it out even if you flower it outside.

You could make a simple veg chamber dead secretely and the smell wouldnt be too bad.

Get some CFL's and a fan on it inside, put the lights at the sides and let it grow branches.

Put it out again in like June/july when the weather gets better and see if it finishes flowering before the weather gets too bad.
