Purchasing seeds with gift credit card to friends house- Will it work?

So I was thinking about Purchasing seeds from nirvana/attitude with gift credit card, and shipping it to a friends house. Do sites like this accept gift credit cards? I Have heard they reject your order if the shipping address is different from the billing address on the credit card, do gift credit cards even have a billing address?

I want to use a gift credit card (and ship to my friends house) as your name wont be linked to it incase the feds get your order/suspect you of growing MJ.

So Basically my question is, can you use gift credit cards to purchase seeds online from nirvana or attitude seeds?
