I believe all methods of concentrate have their pros & cons & what have yous but all should be employed as is most advantageous to you of course. To give a suggestion if qwiso doesnt suit your needs atm; I use a hand powered vac pump for bleeding brakes I got for $27 and a jelly jar to purge and it works just fine for small quanitites. Coupled with low heat; the Mityvac pulls a -26hg & can purge a g of erl in a few hours. I use hot water and a heating pad ($14) to keep it thin and warm. Mityvac comes with a hose and a suction cup...all you have to do is drill a small hole in the lid and make sure ite burr free to get a good suction seal...cover the hole with suction cup attached to a hose attached to the vac and pump pump pump pump it up! yaaaa! hear me now and lissen to me later- vee are here to pump (clap) you up and purge your butane yaaa und for less than you spent on your leiderhosen
After I scrape my pyrex I put my heating pad under a hot water bath & melt the oil back into a puddle...then I plop the oil still warm onto a parchment fold and put in the jar...pump it up a bit to get pressure then pour over hot water til halfway submerged...then pump pump pump up to -25 which is about when it gets warm & muffins up...crack a beer & then leave it til the water starts to cool...ahh refreshing! then I take out my jar gently and wrap it in the heating pad for about 20 min and then slowly release pressure...someitmes its dry by then and sometimes you need more purging at this point...Then I fold it all together again (sometimes goes in the freezer for this) and melt it back to a puddle again & do it all over..usually just one more vac purge and melt cycle does the trick then nail is silent. Have no idea how feasible this is for 20g though but vac purge can be done on the cheap with a bit of effort and less than $50...your first run or 2 would pay for it. beer is optional
