sorry about the same pic twice. I am new to the site.Thanx,what would it do if i put it on 12/12 now?
Its my first indoor grow

This is the first plant ive grown....i got the seed from some lemon haze (nice stinky strong)

I had been using normal lights up to this point.....10" tall !!!! I had put lights under the plant as well as above as you can see in the pic....i dunno if this made any difference to the way it grew or if its just the type of plant im growing :) :bigjoint:

These Plants in the second set of pics are about 8 weeks old. I just had a few CFLs on them. The thing that made my growth so rapid in that week and a half was switching from 2700K to 6500K which is correct for vegging. Just give it some time, perhaps transplant to a little bit bigger pot like a 2 gallon. That also made a huge difference for me. The root systems on these plants will amaze you. I had my plants about 4 inches high and I transplanted them into 1 gallon pots and they shot up to about 10-12 inches with lots of branches but the root system filled the pot which I thought was amazing. I just started flower about a week ago and I have pistils everywhere so I transplanted to about a 3 gallon pot to give my plant some room to stretch and some new fresh soil and shes lovin it. and I do not have any lights on the side so I dont know if that makes much of a difference for branch count?

Im still using them lower on the plant.
Im now using a 600w HPS for 12 hours a day, and the normal lights for 12 hours a day.

I will still use the lights lower down on the plant as i cant see it doing any harm, and it seems to be working so far :)
